About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust digital marketing strategy to promote our QA services. You will work closely with the CEO and other team members to create and implement marketing campaigns that attract and convert potential clients, enhance our online presence, and establish us as a thought leader in the industry.

Key responsibility

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our business goals.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) to educate our target audience and showcase our expertise.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve our website’s search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Xing and Meta/Instagram.
  • Create and share engaging content to build brand awareness, engage with our audience, and foster a community around our brand.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, keep clients informed, and promote our services.
  • Segment email lists and personalize communications to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the CEO to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and foster long-term relationships.
  • Implement personalized communication tactics to keep clients engaged and informed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
