About the role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks proactively.
Key responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs & Engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support performance management system and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract experienced hires
- Creating programs to attract and recruit fresh graduates and interns
- Maintain rapport with colleges and universities to ensure a pipeline of top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle tasks with a high degree of confidentiality.
