About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks proactively.

Key responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs & Engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support performance management system and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract experienced hires
  • Creating programs to attract and recruit fresh graduates and interns
  • Maintain rapport with colleges and universities to ensure a pipeline of top talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle tasks with a high degree of confidentiality.
